Melissa Suzanne George is an actress, businesswoman, inventor and model who hails from Australia. Melissa George started out her career as a model and actress in the Australian market, and then she moved to Hollywood. George is from the city of Perth native who became interested at first in artistic roller skating and dancing. She began her modeling career when she was in her teens. She was awarded the title of Western Australia's teenage Model of the Year in 1992. On the show the soap-opera on Seven Network, Home and Away, she first appeared on screen the next year.
